| Behr Paint has a paint made for this problem and is guaranteed not to get mildewed. I have used it in the past and can say the mildew has NOT come back. I am sure there are other brands with the same properties too. You would need to wash the surface first with a bleach solution to kill the existing mildew, then rinse, let dry, then paint. |
