| My tenants' dog urinated repeatedly on a rug covering hardwood floors. When they moved out, there were black stains on the floor that could not be removed by light sanding, Clorox, vinegar or baking soda. Will anything remove these stains or do the floors need to be refinished? Should the stains be treated before, during or after sanding? Thank you. |
