Can a dirt crawl space be raked and smoothed out and covered with 10 mill plastic? ( Home Depot on line) cost of plastic and other material about $200. Cost of a pro installed heavy membrane $3,500.
How would I get the plastic that would go up the wall to stay? Also is there a tape for plastic seems? |
